Lexcel accredited firm in West London seeks experienced Property Solicitor on a full-time, permanent basis. Our client, a High Street practice in Ealing, is actively seeking a talented Property Solicitor with practical knowledge of wills and probate matters. The successful candidate will handle a mixed and demanding caseload of property matters, whilst ensuring excellence at all times. Responsibilities • Freehold and leasehold properties • Sales and purchases • Re-mortgages • New builds • Help to buy • SDLT and Land Registry matters • Assignment of leases on both sales and purchases • Grant of leases • Rent deposit deeds • Deeds of surrenders • Option agreements • Wills • Probate • Intestacy • Trusts • Power of attorney • Court of Protection matters The Candidate • Solicitors with at least 8 years’ PQE • Solid experience in commercial and residential property • Practical knowledge of wills and probate matters • IT proficiency • Excellent client care skills The Firm Established more than a decade ago, our client is a full-service practice with four partners offering specialist legal services to individual and commercial clients throughout the capital and beyond.
