The Role The firm are seeking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor or Associate into their London office. The Commercial department is highly regarded within the region, it is currently flourishing and has been steadily growing over the last 24 months, with plans to continue to grow in line with increased workflow. It is a vibrant and hard-working team, their achievements over the last 5 years are significant. They are seeking a motivated Solicitor or Associate to work closely with the Partners on a broad range of matters including: M&A Partnership and Shareholder agreements Drafting and reviewing terms and conditions and Commercial contracts to name a few This team have a wealth of experience working with a varied client base, from entrepreneurial tech focused clients to large international corporations. You will be developed and encouraged to lead transactions, meanwhile supporting Partners; giving you further exposure to significantly larger cases. Requirements: You will be an ambitious Corporate Solicitor with at least 2 PQE (There is no upper limit with experience) You will have a good technical knowledge You will be a commercially minded individual Being able to deliver the highest level of client service is essential On Offer Salary is above market rate and negotiable, depending on your level of experience.
