The Role The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be required to undertake all aspects of residential conveyancing, dealing with: Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties Buy to let investment properties Transfer of equity Remortgages Lease extensions Right to buy schemes Candidate Profile The firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer with: 3 years’ PQE as a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive Strong experience in a variety of residential conveyancing work Background at a reputable practice The ability to work well independently and collaboratively Salary There is a salary of £38,000 - £43,000 per annum on offer for this Residential Conveyancing Lawyer role.
