Overview
A long established general practice law firm, with strong routes in the local community for both business and individuals, has a requirement for a Senior Residential Property lawyer to join and head up their successful residential property team in Aylesbury. The firm are looking for an experienced and personable residential property lawyer to take charge of low volume, but high value property transactions, often from an investment perspective. This will include the full spectrum of residential property transactions and as this is a senior role, you will also manage a small team of support and junior lawyers. It is therefore essential that as well as being technically strong, you will have strong leadership and client facing skills; able to build and continue a working rapport with colleagues and clients. This role will suit an experienced, determined and articulate residential property lawyer, you will likely live in the surrounding areas or certainly within a commutable distance. You will likely be working at Senior Associate, though Partners will be equally considered. Salary is £60-80k and although business development is essential, a client following is not required.
