Maintenance Engineer - Immediate Start – Liverpool Street This is a permanent opportunity on a site in Liverpool Street and the client is looking for someone to start ASAP. Ideally the client would like an experienced engineer to be able to comfortably cover a site. Please note that installation engineers will not be considered for this position, as this is a commercial building maintenance role. Key Details: Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm Yearly salary £37,000 - £40,000 Large commercial building Overtime available Job Duties: To ensure systems are maintained at all times. Daily duties consist of regular PPM's, attending breakdowns & all forms of reactive maintenance. Our client needs someone dedicated to the task, able to self manage and take responsibility for all the books and record keeping, parts ordering and stock management of spares Our client needs someone who is well organised and able to plan their own work load Requirements: City & Guilds Level 2/3 in Engineering City & Guilds 17th or 18th Edition (advantageous) Must be well presented with good communication skills Engineering experience within a commercial environment is MANDATORY If you feel this could be of more interest or would like more information, please call Arron Daniels on 0207 397 5304.
