HR Change Manager 12 Months FTC £70,000 per annum Guildford - Flexible working Investigo are pleased to be supporting a global organisation with their search for an HR Change Leader. This opportunity will offer autonomy to deliver various change activities, including the implementation of systems and processes. You will be working with various business streams including Human Resources and IT, who are currently going through significant periods of transformation. Our client is seeking a hands-on leader who can provide senior stakeholders regular updates on progression of the programmes. You will be responsible for driving planning and the execution of various high-profile projects. To be considered for this position it is essential you have experience within complex transformation programmes, ideally within a global HR function. Duties and responsibilities: Implementing plans supporting the projects, coordinating various change work-streams Drive the execution of the projects Spearhead continued improvement of HR processes, increasing effectiveness and efficiency Establish stakeholder requirements, determining the appropriate training and communication outputs.
