Overview
Export Manager Sidcup £35,000 - £37,000 Base Benefits Job Specification The successful candidate will assist in growing and developing overseas sales, ensuring that all export partners are fully trained and motivated to maximise potential sales success. You will be responsible for achieving agreed export sales targets, providing product forecasts for on-time manufacturing and shipping, and day to day management of dealer network. The Role You will be responsible for inquiries and clarification of customer requirements. You will be required to use and operate the company CRM system. The role includes the candidate to propose cost-effective solutions and preparation of client quotations. The candidate must have the right energy and enthusiasm for the occasional overseas trip, where relationships need to be built. The successful candidate will assist in the collation of supporting technical and financial information. You will have regular communicate with export dealers from the office. As part of this role, you will be part of the Re-selection process of distributors and agents You will play a part in the onsite, in-house and web based sales and product training. You will be required to help maintain the quotation software. It will be important that you ensure all company departments are informed and in support of export dealer requirements. About You The successful candidate must be self-motivated with a minimum of 5 years’ export experience. You will have excellent communication and organisation skills Proven work experience and familiarity with export tendering, shipping, payment terms, export licencing for dual use products Experience in overseas exhibitions & business travel Knowledge of distributor training, management and sales analysis Computer literate You will Ideally have some electrical, mechanical or technical product knowldge.
