CACI are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Voice Engineer to work on a number of projects in London & the Home Counties. Job Purpose: To lead and develop the organisations relationship with designated Region and Route(s) customers in order to discover and shape the customer requirements such that appropriate products and services can be developed to meet customer expectations, SLAs and the needs of the operational railway. Skills and experience needed for the Regional Account Manager: As the Regional Account Manager, you will have a pivotal role in the company and be the go-to expert for any account management issues. You will also work with some high-profile customers and projects to help transform their business. Essential Educated to degree level or equivalent in an engineering or business-related discipline Relevant experience in the management of diverse and complex infrastructure assets Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and ability to influencing and negotiate at all levels across the organisation Experience of engagement with diverse stakeholders at Board and strategic level within a commercial environment Ability to develop a good network of contacts internally and externally Desirable Knowledge of the rail industry and its regulatory framework Experience of leading behavioural change within a large organisation Membership of a relevant professional body with chartered status Key Accountabilities Develop and own the engagement strategy with Rail customers, leading the development and delivery of a customer service to stakeholders. Direct company capability to identify customer requirements and report on progress of opportunities and work programmes for delivery by the organisation that meet customer and stakeholder requirements and own their inclusion within product roadmaps. Capture all customer opportunities on company customer relationship management (CRM) system. Lead a Partner environment to support the development of integrated plans and strategies, drawing on industrial experience to create business synergies. Provide an effective interface to facilitate guidance, advice and support to customers from the companies technical teams and direction on priorities to company customer requirements and performance, including time, cost and quality. Provide customer feedback on delivery of key activities. Generate and lead customer focused campaigns to support company imperatives. Act as the key point of liaison with Rail customers on behalf of company, representing the organisation at all levels within the customer organisations, promoting its capabilities. Lead appropriate customer dialogue to identify areas for business and performance improvement and assist in the realisation of benefits through the provision of company services and expertise. Brief and inform company and Network Services senior leadership on issues, forthcoming initiatives and changes to policies.
