Quality Personnel are delighted to be representing this Employer of Choice in recruiting for a Regional Technical Manager who specialise in providing Standards to a variety of Industries. Due to expansion they are looking to recruit a Regional Technical Manager (UK & Europe) to take ownership in the day to day management of all technical activities within their region. And to ensure they succeed in the regional commercial budget as established by the CEO & Board of Directors. Duties will include: Develop and implementation of the regional technical strategy, aligning to the overall company strategy and direction Manage all technical end user, influencer, stakeholder technical queries Working in partnership with regional commercial managers & customer account executives to develop growth plans for strategic customers, strategic partnerships ensuring a customer centric view has been developed. Evangelise the technical competence of the company in ensuring they are delivering the best in customer based technical solutions Engaging the companies market-place to influence the 'pull strategy’ of key stakeholders in specifying their products throughout the supply chain process. Enhancing the Business Model by ensuring they are market relevant and competitive by evaluating your commercial & technical acumen through customer insight. To be considered for the role you will possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience within a similar role. Clearly demonstrate the commercial & technical acumen & critical thinking. Along with the required extensive experience of relationship building with senior stakeholders. Please note the role does require flexibility to travel at shortly notice - globally at times.
