Overview
Peripatetic Regional Operations Director – Milton Keynes A super opportunity has arisen for a Peripatetic Regional Operations Director to oversee five nursing and care homes within our Milton Keynes region. Our current CQC ratings are four ‘Good’ and one ‘Outstanding’ , which we are very proud of. Job Purpose Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and working with an established management team, the Regional Operations Director will implement best practice in nursing care, embedding a person centred and quality driven culture throughout the Company, compliant with the necessary regulations and legislation to operate. About You You will ideally be a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years’ management experience. Previous leadership experience across a multi-site Care Home organisation. The Regional Operations Director will support the existing Management Team to provide leadership in achieving both clinical and operational excellence throughout the Region. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate your team and develop working relationships with all members of staff. You will be able to produce management reports and statistical information demonstrating analysis of key performance indicators, using this information to address any shortfall in performance, and to develop further initiatives. Experience of profit & loss and budgeting, including strategies to maximise occupancy and develop new income streams.
