Overview
Job Title : Mechanical Pipe Fitter Location: Gloucester Pay Rate: £15- £17 TSA are hiring on behalf of our client for a Pipe Fitter who have experience working on water treatment sites, to work on a contract basis in the Gloucestershire region. My client has over twenty five years of experience in the water industry. My client work with clients to ensure the removal and treatment of waste water meets regulatory requirements and deliver energy generation from waste products. Duties and Responsibilities: • Assemble and secure pipes, tubes, fittings, and related equipment, according to specifications. • Plan pipe system layout, install or repair according to specifications • Select pipe sizes and types and related materials according to specifications • Cut, form and drill sub-components up to inspection stage • Carry out inspections pre and post welding stages • Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed promptly and accurately • Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures. Requirements: Valid CSCS Card Two checkable references Full PPE (Hard hat, steel cap toe shoes, High visibility vest and Trousers) Experience in working on water treatment sites.
