Your new company A highly regarded public sector organisation based in Guildford, Surrey Your new role HR Advisor Guildford £32,817 to £40,322 Fixed Term until 02/04/2021 An exciting opportunity have arisen within our clients commercially-focused team for a confident and enthusiastic HR generalist. The challenges of this role will allow you the freedom to use your experience and knowledge to identify and resolve a real variety of HR issues across a defined customer group. As a confident communicator, you will enjoy providing accurate and professional HR advice, guidance and solutions to staff at all levels, challenging practices where appropriate. Your pragmatic approach will lead you to identify and recommend practical improvements to HR policies and procedures, and under the guidance of the HR Manager you will use your drive to take changes forward as appropriate.
