Overview
Home Manager - Residential Stockport Up to £45k DMD Recruitment are working in partnership with a quality driven care provider to recruit an experienced Home Manager for their popular care home in Stockport. The care home is recognised for providing excellent care and support to older people with residential and dementia care needs. In a recent CQC inspection, the home was awarded the highest possible rating in the area of Responsive, with an overall rating of Good. We are now searching for an experienced Home Manager who will have the drive, commitment and shared vision to take this home to the next level. The successful candidate will be an experienced Home Manager who has a proven background in achieving and maintaining Good CQC ratings within care homes that provide care to older people. Completion of Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management is desirable.
