Overview
Housing Officer role on a rolling contract. £22 per hour Umbrella Based in Canning Town Your new company A market-leading provider of social housing based in Canning town. Your new role You will take ownership for a patch of properties and ensure that customer satisfaction and stakeholder relationships are met. You will be dealing with lettings & allocations, signing up tenancy agreements, voids, rent collection/arrears. This role will heavily focus on dealing with cases of anti-social behaviour and will include attending court and carrying out evictions, if necessary. What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will have previous experience, within the last two years in a Housing Officer role within a Housing Association or Local Authority. You will need to be immediately available to be considered for this role. What you'll get in return £22.48 per hour Umbrella rate.
