Overview
Excellent opportunities for Lab Support Engineers to be part of our Infrastructure Services Practice based at a key client site in Southampton. Key Responsibilities: Lab/Specialist computing Support Own end to end IT in the Lab Infrastructure Support not limited to IT Kit Computers Networks Hardware issues Troubleshoot IoT Devices issues Tibbo REES Brainboxes Netlog End user computing service skills to work Hands and Feet in Labs and discuss with users ESXi Citrix NetAPP Network Cisco SCCM Windows Server and Client OS Working with senior Stakeholders within the Client Organisation Implementation of end to end solution projects by working with the SMEs Team Members including 3rd Party teams Role may also require travel to secondary Site once a week in rotation with the other team members Key Skills and Experience: IT Kit Computers Networks Hardware Knowledge on commonly used instruments from Agilent Waters ThermoFisher Perkin Elmer to investigate issues with Instrument Communication Application is required End to end IT in the Lab Infrastructure End user computing sevice skills - ESXi Citrix NetAPP Network Cisco SCCM Windows Server and Client OS Stakeholder management Experience in Troubleshooting IoT Devices issues- Tibbo REES Brainboxes Netlog About Cognizant: Cognizant (Nasdaq-100: CTSH) is one of the world's leading professional services companies, transforming clients'? business, operating and technology models for the digital era.
