The Role As a Communications & Events Executive you will be responsible for the creation, development and delivery of Cunard Travel Agent communications and events. In the role you will be rresponsible for the planning, co-ordination and delivery of all travel agent events, both on board and on shore. You will need to effectively manage multi-channel travel agent communications, including e-mails, social media and print. The role will work in partnership with the Cunard sales & marketing teams to deliver communications and events that support the overall brand marketing communications strategy. A key part of the role is to ensure the content of all our communications is reflective of Cunard brand positioning and delivered in an appropriate tone of voice to engage travel agents. The role will also require working closely with our global Cunard teams, along with the Carnival family of brands. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the communication and events strategy for travel agents partners, delivering engaging and immersive communications and experiences to support travel agents partners with their understanding of Cunard. About You In order to have the desired impact, it’s imperative that you have experience working within a commercial environment, where you took ownership of administrative responsibilities and processed information with accuracy and efficiency. You will also have strong working knowledge of the MS Suite, along with experience of delivering an aligned communications plan utilising various channels - social media, e-mails and print. The successful candidate will be a real team player and excellent communicator, with genuine passion for delivering great service to internal and external parties. You’ll be a natural at building multi-faceted relationships with teams across the organisation and with third parties. You’ll have relentless curiosity and will be driven by new ideas and approached to problem solving.
