Media Payables Executive - Media Planning and Buying Agency A global Media Planning and Buying Agency based in Central London are looking for a Media Payables Executive to join the team. This is a varied and busy role managing your own portfolio of digital clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone experienced in media payables or someone in media billing looking to make a change. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity with longer term potential. Media Payables Executive - The Role Processing a large number of invoices on MediaOcean / DDS across digital media Correspond with Media Buyers concerning on-going queries Generating monthly reconciliations Managing supplier queries Processing BACS payments Running reports to verify invoices cleared for payment Reconciling historical entries General ad hoc duties as required Media Payables Executive - The Person Experience in media planning and buying is preferable Data Donovan Systems (DDS / Brand Ocean / Media Explorer) experience is desirable Experience working across various media platforms ideal Proactive and organised Immediately available or on short notice Due to the large number of applicants we receive from web based job advertisements it is the policy of REDHAT only to contact candidates that have the relevant skill set for our current portfolio of clients.
