Overview

Customer Experience Executive (DACH Region) An exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Experience Executive to join SThree's offices in Glasgow on a permanent basis. The Customer Experience Executive will join SThree's Marketing team and be responsible for ensuring that our teams in the DACH region deliver a high quality of customer service and work closely with the stakeholders in the region to provide support to do this. What will you be doing? As Customer Experience Executive you will work closely with our offices in the DACH region therefore being fluent in spoken German, proficient in written German is essential. You're responsibilities will include reviewing individual pieces of customer feedback, producing monthly reporting and presenting these results to stakeholders. You will support and occasionally manager any regional customer experience initiatives and changes ensuring these are communicated effectively. This position requires excellent attention to detail, a methodical and intelligent approach to your work, professional communication skills and the ability to converse with people at all levels of seniority. What skills/experience should you have?
