Overview
Communication & Engagement Manager A leading financial service are looking to hire a Communication & Engagement Manager The purpose of this role is to effectively develop employee engagement with Technology and manage internal communications between Technology and the internal employee. The emphasis of this role is to develop and manage the communication's and engagement framework between Technology and internal companies employee's ensuring that it fits within the companies internal communication framework, branding and digital channel management strategy. The role is to support the use and change of existing Technology Services and ensure that any new service is introduced to the business with maximum engagement and minimal impact. You would be responsible for Develop TechHub digital communication framework, ensuring it is aligned with Fidelity's employee communication strategy. Develop and drive TechHub communications plans, process guidelines and manage with key stakeholders. Develop tools, channels and materials and establish the structures, governance and networks to drive effective Technology employee communication and Technology engagement. Ensure all communications are clear, timely, engaging and of a high quality and consistent with Fidelity branding. Work alongside Technology departments to provide full support for change management and communications, promoting best practice and awareness around good communication and engagement. You would need the following skills and experience: Significant communications experience within a diverse organisation, with a proven record of managing and communications in a Technology driven environment. A proven track record of successfully supporting and implementing employee engagement and internal communications using a range of tools and channels.
