Our client is looking for Telecommunications Agents
Requirements
Minimum of three (3) CXC/GCE subjects, including English Language or HEART Level-II Certificate in Customer Service
Must be able to handle more than 3 tools at a time
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent relationship building and rebuttal skills
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to type a minimum of 26wpm with a 90% accuracy
Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong active listening skills, ask strategic questions to uncover needs and deliver appropriate value-added recommendations for products/services that will solve customer problems.
Familiarity with resolving mobile and wireless technology challenges
Flexibility to work any shift within a 24-hour period, including day and/or night hours & weekends including holidays.
Must be able to work onsite.
Responsibilities:
• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries regarding phone or mobile phone services, billing concerns or promo packages
• Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Ensure all calls are logged in the system for proper monitoring and closure
• Provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
