Overview
eSift are currently looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join our well-established client. They combine cutting edge technology including advanced AI and edge computing to deliver some of the world’s most advanced solutions and are currently going through a fantastic time of growth. Location: Church Crookham, Hampshire Salary: Up to £40k per annum plus benefits Having successfully established themselves within their sector our client is now looking to increase marketing activity to support continued expansion within those markets whilst also developing the technology for further growth in other areas. This role will be to develop, fulfil and exceed the marketing strategy and you will play a pivotal part in how this plan is formed and executed. We’d love to see you nerding out on the latest in marketing analytics, knowing what it takes to conduct research and analyse data to identify and define audiences in a hands-on way. You will also define KPIs clearly and monitor campaign performance across all platforms. This truly is a fantastic hands-on role that will give you exposure across the business whilst partnering with the Product Line Director to ensure you have a forward-thinking marketing strategy. You can truly make this your own Our ideal candidate will have/be; Marketing skillset that spans both online and offline Experience crafting and managing digital campaigns across different platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn Experience in managing events/exhibitions and carrying out all required organisation and preparation for the business to take part in these. A creative but also analytical mindset, having the ability to conduct research and analyse data to identify and define audiences A self-starter with the ability to drive diverse programmes The hunger to create a marketing function from the ground up as well as helping to diversify the organisation. An agile mindset Excellent understanding of marketing trends and innovation, designing the approach and implementation Comfortable in a fast moving, ever changing environment with an agile style management.
