Overview

A well-established and well-regarded residential property investment fund and management company is looking for an experienced property Marketing and PR Manager to join their successful team. The position is responsible for managing all marketing and PR activity for the company in collaboration with the CEO. The successful candidate will need to have worked in the property sector previously and be able to demonstrate a good understanding of residential markets and a passion for the industry. Duties will include: Management of website and online presence Management of social media channels Online marketing and direct mail campaigns Production of quarterly reports and newsletters Management of all print copy Production of company materials and brochures Relationship management of journalists, regular updates and meetings Management of all press activity The company offers the opportunity to work in an exciting and progressive business operating at the top of its game.
