Overview

Exciting opportunity to join an established marketing team, managing a team of five and supporting the Head of Marketing. Client Details A FTSE250 business in the property sector based in Surrey who operate on a national basis. Description Deputise for, and support, the Head of Marketing in managing the Divisional marketing team, including recruitment, new starters inductions and team development. Line Management responsibility for regional marketing execs in designated regions Support the delivery of key business performance targets and of team Service Level Agreements to your Division in order to meet wider company business objectives. Enable superior Divisional marketing activity by supporting Regional Marketing teams with advice and additional support where needed. Plan and deliver Divisional wide and nonstandard marketing campaigns for the Division. Recommendations for improvements during the life of the developments should always be proposed as and when needed Agree standards and best practice across the division with the other Divisional Marketing Manager and Heads of Marketing and take responsibility for operational implementation and ongoing compliance Support and supervise employees to take responsibility, delegates where appropriate and provides regular feedback Assist the Head of Marketing with team management and development through regular 1:1 meetings, team meetings and receiving feedback on set goals. Profile Marketing experience within the property industry and/or an agency environment and/ or a lifestyle oriented business is preferred Strong commercial awareness and line management experience Proven experience in developing advertising campaigns ideally both on and off-line, to set timescales and within budget. Degree educated in either Marketing or Business Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to influence and engage to suit customer group Strong planning and organisation skills with the ability to multitask and work to multiple deadlines. Strong copy-writing and proofing skills/ great eye for detail. Able to rapidly forge effective and collaborative working relationship with others, both internal and external. Strong analytical capability Able to work closely in line with agreed standards and processes. Able to be creative, practical and able to think outside the box where necessary Resilient, adaptable, hungry and a has a drive to deliver Customer relationship and Customer service focused.
