We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Finance Business Partner to join our UK Finance team based here in Woking, focused towards partnering with our UK Brand Marketing & Innovation team. We're looking for someone with an innate ability to grow lasting relationships with key stakeholders, and recent proven experience of where you have put this into practice within a recent role. Your key responsibilities as a Finance Business Partner will include; To partner with Directors of Brand Marketing to deliver the financial Marketing plan, budget and forecast, and drive rigour into Marketing functional spend. To provide financial decision support, partnering with the Marketing team to generate financial insights to assist with enhancing brand performance. To be the Finance innovation representative ensuring the Asahi UK Innovation agenda is achieved, preparing & evaluating all innovation business cases. Lead the budgeting process for both sales and marketing investment, ensuring effective communication with Finance Business Partners (Sales) so that sales spend is budgeted for accurately Ensures that budget targets and guidelines are cascaded to the Marketing & Head Office functions Lead the game planning process from a sales & marketing investment perspective, providing financial templates, summary analysis and in depth commentary on investment plans by Brand & Channel Ensures that investment choices, aligned to brand strategic priorities, are financially evaluated to provide a long-term perspective of the impact on portfolio profitability Provides brand financial performance insights and recommendations to Marketing leadership, identifying potential growth opportunities or risks through scenario and sensitivity analyses.
