Marketing Assistant 6 month contract Woking £22,000 - 27,000 Our client are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Assistant to join their team for 6 months. The role will be supporting the Manager and the team with any duties that arise. The Marketing Assistant will: Assist with any enquiries in regards to designs and layouts Working alongside the marketing team in the branding of the company website Produce estimates and quotations to the clients Help with graphics Manage the logistics of materials Sort through and helping organise marketing collateral stock Update various website content management systems Organise collateral to be sent to sales team when required The ideal Marketing Assistant will: Be confident on all Microsoft packages Have experience in a similar role Work well with Adobe packages Maintain the ability and confidence to work on her own initiative Be passionate, creative and enthusiastic Have fantastic communication skills, both verbal and written Have the confidence to talk to clients at all levels Please apply for further information and the chance to be considered
