Job; Start-Up Incubator Programme Coordinator - London & REMOTE This company partners with ambitious non-technical founders and supports them with tools, expertise and scale to build highly successful technology companies. In the last 4 years with their unique part cash, part equity model they have built 22 companies with a combined value of £130 million. They are creating an entirely new category of company that is part agency, part accelerator, part VC and part incubator. Due to continued expansion they’re after a (tech start-up-savvy) Incubator Programme (Workshop) Coordinator to join their successful business. Duties; Ensure their start-up incubator/accelerator workshop program is following best practices and executing upon outlined content and curriculum of their programme and delivering best possible experience. Own overall logistics and programming of their program, including calendar management (mentors, speakers, and events). Develop and track quality, operational execution and customer success metrics. Manage relationships and coordinate scheduling of mentors Engage with founders and mentors to ensure successful execution of programs. Helping to source and liaise with other external partners that will deliver key parts of their programme Document process, structure, insights & playbooks to support their continued expansion Defining how to track key results and performance data relating to start-ups in programme Defining and bringing best practice to meetings, retros and significant other events Supporting and developing a strong culture across micro-accelerator programme Supporting aspirational founders in every way you can Contributing to sales to leads and qualifying them alongside their growth team Understand and map founder needs to identify required support Keeping founders motivated and on-track to achieve their objectives throughout their programme Leading weekly founder workshops based on their curriculum Continuing to improve and build upon existing core curriculum adding value wherever possible Create written and video content relating to their programme In a nutshell; You’ll be digitally-savvy with a good understanding of emerging technologies You’ll have a background in start-up companies - either mentoring in, or running your own You’ll be great with people - able to communicate with potential start-up founders You’ll have an entrepreneurial mindset - able to engage with inspirational entrepreneurs/founders You’ll have worked in a digital agency (or similar) - able to communicate with different customers Other Stuff; £’s; fully DoE up to approx. £45k (neg.) benefits, Location; Old Street, London with a flexible option to work-from-home where feasible (predominately Mondays & Fridays), Interested?
