Overview
I have an amazing opportunity for a Junior e-Commerce Merchandising Executive to join a multinational organisation based in Bourne End. My client are looking due to a record breaking 2019 and aim to boost their online marketing presence. The successful candidate will be working on some fantastic exciting projects, fantastic new offices coupled with amazing benefits. In a rapidly expanding FMCG Ecommerce department, my client are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and talented Junior e-Commerce Merchandiser to join their team in Bourne End. You will join the Ecommerce department and will be responsible for: Working with the ecommerce manager to execute the trading strategy Execute promotional and occasion based campaigns Range planning from high level occasion campaigns down to category and subcategories Managing product sales to maximise profits Managing promotional markdown to protect profitability Monitoring slow sellers and taking the appropriate action to improve performance Preparing, monitoring and reviewing product sales analysis in line with company strategy Liaise with our buying team to ensure availability from supplier to customers Manage and develop a rolling 12 month trading calendar Essential Skills: 2 years merchandising experience Strong numerical and analytical skills and be highly organised Strong Excel knowledge, Google sheets knowledge The ability to work in a fast paced environment and enjoy working as part of a team Proven problem solving skills and the ability to multitask The ability to plan and prioritise workload efficiently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Parkside Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
