Overview
Our client is a global luxury brand who are seeking a In house Recruiter . This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking company that believes in cultivating talent and passion. The key focus of the role will be to Partner with key business areas to drive a holistic approach to the Talent Acquisition Team. Duties will include: •Discovering and promoting new and innovative ways of sourcing •Continuous improvement of the interview process and upskilling of Hiring Managers and Interviewers •Building candidate pipelines and developing innovative ways of nurturing that pipeline for volume roles •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business •Managing high volumes of vacancies within tight time frames In addition you will be accountable for the candidate experience ensuring queries are responded promptly and you’ll need to work closely with the communications and marketing teams to align external messaging.
