With great success since their launch, they have exciting and ambitious growth plans for 2019/20. As a dedicated Tech Resourcer, it will be down to you and your fellow resourcers to source the best talent there is within the European Tech industry. You will become the lead on talent trends within your field and enjoy building your tech talent pool. This a purely candidate driven role so there will be no business development involved but you will have a proactive approach to your work and be confident using multiple platforms to get your voice heard and yield the best talent from the tech community. Technology Resourcer - Who You Are It is likely you will be a graduate with previous recruitment experienced gained to date. You will have a proactive and energetic approach to your work and ideally have an interest in the tech market. Whilst you do not need to be a social media guru, a good understanding of it will help. You will have a flexible and "can do" approach and be keen to get involved with a business that is at a very exciting stage of growth. International travel will be required at times. Technology Resourcer - The Package Basic salary on offer is circa 20k with ote to 35k in Year 1 and to 50k in year 2.
