Overview
The role will involve all non-sales activities, working with the consultants you will be responsible for sourcing candidates for temp roles using online job boards, social media searches, in-house database & candidate recommendations. Basic up to £21k bonus OTE £30k further benefits, incl 25 days holiday. You will be involved with Creating targeted job adverts Utilising social media searches Advertising, sourcing and building a professional network of candidates Searching for candidates using internal and external databases Sifting CV's and skill matching candidates to vacancies Conducting telephone interviews and preparing short-lists of candidates Please contact Mark Shepherd at Fresh Appointments for further details.
