Resourcer - Construction Recruitment To £18k ote to £30 - 40k Successful independent construction recruitment consultancy looking to expand their Bristol based team with an additional resourcer. The company operates a relaxed culture and wish to add a new recruit with a good sense of humour and solid work ethic to the tight knit group. Resourcer - What's It All About? Working alongside the consultants, you will be tasked with finding new candidates for a broad range of freelance and permanent roles across the UK. You will utilise various recruitment sites to source candidates as well as networking via sites such as linked in and other social media outlets. You should be a good communicator, be able to spot an opportunity and enjoy dealing with a variety of candidates on a daily basis. Resourcer - Who You Are You will ideally have at least 6 months recruitment experience, all disciplines considered and be hard working and money motivated. You are likely to be degree educated or equivalent and enjoy recruitment but feel you are more suited to delivery and candidate work rather than cold calling for vacancies. The client is also open to meeting recent graduates who can demonstrate the right attitude, drive and tenacity. You will be smartly presented, articulate and professional at all times. The team environment is fun so a good sense of humour is essential and wanting to work with people who are very good at their job is important. Resourcer - The Package Salary is likely to be £18k with an ote of 30k - 40k.
