Recruitment Resourcer Recruitment is fast-paced and dynamic. Every day you'll making a lasting impact. As a Recruitment Resourcer you will be generating new candidates to place with our construction clients. You'll write adverts to display on hays.co.uk and other job boards to keep new applications and candidates coming through process. You will conduct phone and face to face screening interviews, marketing candidates to the market and updating our clients. You'll also be responsible for checking all necessary compliance documentation, updating required information on our database and carry out regular audits. What you'll need to succeed There's not one typical person that we look for to join Hays Recruitment, we've got people from all kinds of backgrounds - retail, sales professionals, ex-tradespeople, telesales, call centre environments, graduates… all with an interest in Construction . However given the nature of this resourcing role you will need to demonstrate an organised approach to your work and an ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
