Content Marketing Executive is responsibility for the following. -Researching and writing clear and engaging content for targeted audiences -Documenting and sharing success stories using a variety of media -Supporting with social media activity -Managing online advertising -Data analysis – tracking the success of our campaigns -Creating Powerpoint slides and managing Excel documents -Using CRM systems / automated marketing tools -Attending exhibitions & events from time to time -Supporting in the development of recruitment marketing campaigns The experience we need. Ideal skills & experience: -A confident and accurate content writer with a keen eye for detail -Understanding of brand identity and tone of voice- Experience using CRM platforms and automated marketing tools -Creative – able to suggest innovative recruitment marketing solutions -Strong team work ethic, but also self-motivated & driven -Strong communication skills -Composed – unphased by ad-hoc requests -Resourceful – a problem solver -Organised – able to manage multiple projects and work to agreed timescales -MIcrosoft software skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) -Experience in a similar role Brilliant if you also have: -Photography / Video / Editing skills -Animation skills -Graphic Design skills (using Adobe Creative Cloud) -Recruitment agency experience What you’ll get in return.
