Overview
This Agency have been established for over 20 years and work with some of the most recognised global brands and produce award winning creative designs across retail and packaging, experiential campaigns and digital content. They have a rare opportunity for a Senior Designer who can deliver high quality creative solutions to join their friendly team in York. Job Description: With a strategic approach, you'll design original and innovative design solutions that are engaging and effective and meet clients expectations, objectives and creative brief specifications. You'll develop brand and packaging design for existing and new products, re-brands, and product launches into the market and ‘on-shelf'. As the senior designer you'll mentor and train the more junior designers in the team and manage the freelancers and production team. What we're looking for: We want someone who can really own projects from the start and come up with strategic concepts to support the Creative Director. You'll come from an agency background, be at an already senior level and have the gravitas to present and pitch to clients. Your portfolio will be a mix of brand, packaging and POS, so we'd expect you to have worked on a number of FMCG brands either in an agency or in-house for a retailer. You'll be used to a fast paced studio environment, be super organised, have meticulous attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with the wider team. You'll be used to working within budget requirements delivering on time within tight deadlines. To Apply: If you think this role would suit you, please apply via the link below or call Emma Thomson on for a confidential discussion about the position. We respond to all CVs so you will hear back from us within the next couple of days.
