Overview
An exciting Not-for-profit based in West Sussex are currently going through a digital transformation and they are looking to hire a UX/UI Designer. This is a newly created position to ensure the User Experience is at the forefront of all new journeys and experiences created across the digital products and services. Client Details Our client is a top 20 Not-for-Profit in the UK. Description The key responsibilities of the successful UX/UI Designer (Not-for-Profit) will include, but are not limited to: Design compelling communications & content, across mobile, tablet and devices. Taking creative briefs and driving concepts through to final designs that meet brief objectives. Improve and optimise the digital user experience through design. Conduct a variety of research in order to capture user needs, pain points and share with relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with cross functional teams including IT, Brand, Digital and Fundraising. Conduct user research (e.g. onsite surveys, customer interviews, internal interviews, usability testing platforms) to understand the key care-abouts of the users of the website, by persona. Gain a deep understanding of how users interact with our pages, and where the issues and opportunities are for optimisation Design wireframe and prototype mocks-ups. To maintain the brand look and feel across all digital products & services. Keep senior stakeholders informed throughout projects to deliver transparency in design process. Profile The successful UX/UI Designer (Not-for-Profit) will be a strong team player with proven expertise as a UX/UI Designer in an in-house/agency role. You will also proficient in design software have a solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns. The salary on offer for a UX/UI Designer (Not-for-Profit) is up to £45,000 depending on experience.
