USER RESEARCHER MANAGER £350- £400 PER DAY LONDON 1-3 MONTHS We are looking for a User Researcher for a London based global digital agency. You will be collaborating with teams of content and designers, Growth Managers, Project Managers and Front End Developers. THE COMPANY: As an User Researcher, you will research, analyse and present data for a digital agency that specifically work on enhancing their client's performance marketing. Having found their niche, they now focus on CRO and have become specialists over the last decade. THE ROLE: As an User Researcher you can expect to be involved in: Quantitative research surrounding client's data including website, surveys, feedback and social media data Analysing the customer journey to make strategic Conversion rate Optimisation road maps with a focus on members and subscribers Understanding the client's customer behaviour and needs through heatmapping and session recording YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: The successful User Researcher will have the following skills: Commercial experience using Google Analytics and presenting findings Confident in analysing pop up surveys, interviews and questionnaires Experience using heat maps, usability testing and session recording/replay to understand customers journeys and behaviours Experience with A/B tests to provide strategic insights for CRO HOW TO APPLY: Please register your interest by sending your CV to Georgia Law via the Apply Link on this page
