Due to continuous growth Ledger Bennett are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Dublin based team The Project Manager is responsible for monitoring the performance of existing campaigns and identifying ways to effectively deploy and scale campaigns into new markets. This role is not only centred around the effective delivery of projects but should also work to build strong relationships in markets where there is no dedicated marketing team in order to drive high performing activity. What does a great Project Manager do at Ledger Bennett? Leading existing campaigns - reviewing performance, identifying areas of optimisation and implementation of recommendations utilising the wider team Delivery of diverse, multichannel and complex projects to a high quality on time and in budget Understanding of localising campaigns by identifying the most efficient and scalable methods for campaign delivery across EMEA & LATAM Providing transparency and clarity to sales and account management teams to ensure there is a clear understanding of campaigns, targets and expected impact The ideal Project Manager will possess: The role will suit an autonomous marketing professional who is highly organised and had excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills. Proven experience in digital marketing or in a related field B2B Marketing agency experience Knowledge of effective performance marketing techniques for improving ROI Experience managing multichannel projects across a number of different markets Understanding of digital marketing best practice and able to provide direction Experience of adhering to agency and project management software, systems and processes including the use of JIRA, Wrike, Asana, Smartsheets and GoogleDocs Knowledge of the talent acquisition and recruitment landscape What can we offer you?
