The Company : This well established, successful, award winning business with over 100 employees continues to expand and is looking for 2 Recruitment Consultants to step into Senior roles and join the Digital Media team. Specialising in niche sectors of IT, Engineering and Life Sciences, this globally recognised company have modern offices in Reading town centre. They invest heavily in the development of their staff by using top of the range technologies, database and training methods. The Role: As a Consultant you will have at least 12 month recruitment experience and understand the core principals and processes behind the role. My client doesn't mind if you are not currently a top biller as they feel with their training and infrastructure they can support you in your journey of growth and as long as you have the right mindset and are open to improvement then they feel they can develop you. The ideal candidate will display the core competences of resilience, competitiveness but above all my client wants honesty and integrity with a drive to learn more and become a better recruiter. The role is to work in an established Digital Media recruitment team so although Digital Recruitment experience is not essential if you do have an understanding of the market its is a plus. There is excellent career progression for the right Person and you will be provided with ongoing coaching.
