Payroll and Benefits Job - Job paying up to £60,000 - Sole charge - Media - Job based in London Your new company A media business based in London are looking for a Payroll & Benefits specialist to join their London HQ. They are a market leading business within their field and are planning for more growth and success for 2020 Your new role A newly created sole charge Payroll & Benefits specialist position that will be responsible for 1000 employees on a monthly basis. This role is managing the payroll and benefits function for the whole business - involving 8 separate payrolls. What you'll need to succeed Experience in a similar position managing complex payrolls and benefits packages is essential. Experience within the media industry is desirable Experience driving strategies and implementation of new systems / processes is desirable Experience using SAP is a huge bonus Experience centralising payroll / bringing payroll in-house also a huge bonus Experience with international payroll also a huge bonus What you'll get in return This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to take full ownership of the payroll process.
