Overview
Role: B2B CRM Marketing Manager – Full lifecycle Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 Location: London Benefits: Bonus, Pension, £1k L&D budget, life assurance, remote working potential, etc. “Onboarding, in-life, value growth through cross and up-sell, churn prevention and retention – you’ll own it all.” If there’s one thing you won’t be missing here, it’s breadth, variety and the opportunity to have real business impact. The Role You will be responsible for all customer marketing following acquisition. This will include thinking, planning, execution and measurement behind every communication they receive pro-actively from the company – be it lifecycle, operational or promotional. Your programme will be multi-channel, including push notifications, email, web and customer service operations, delivered to a B2B audience. The current programme has a number of the journeys drawn out. But it’s a start-up who are just finding their feet, heading into their scale-up phase. So there’s tons of quick wins possible, and your role will be nicely balanced 50/50 strategic/delivery – devising the thinking behind the programme and its execution. In addition, they’re launching new products over the coming months. Kicking off the need for even more sophisticated customer journeys to drive existing customer uptake of these subscriptions-based services. You’ll have support of an analyst feeding you actionable insight. You will need to leverage this, identify triggers and customer’s moments of truth. Designing appropriate solutions or tweaking journeys to optimise performance to deliver the appropriate outcomes – be that impacting positively on churn metrics, driving enhanced conversions of cross or up sell, driving customer loyalty, etc. Your measures of success will be around customer experience, retention and churn prevention, cross and upsell rates, as well as average revenue per user. So there’s lots to do, and it will be a busy time with lots of exciting challenges ahead. Driving customer engagement, cross and upsell Good understanding of the drivers of customer churn. The mechanics of loyalty, and how to implement them to best effect to drive revenue growth Multi-channel customer marketing experience, but with a good bias towards digital (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.) Analytical and data centric mentality.
