Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Subscriptions Manager to support the Head of Subscriptions in delivering the 3-year subscription revenue growth plan and optimising subscription profit. You will provide regular and detailed analysis and reporting to ensure all stakeholders are focused on the right priorities. KEY DUTIES FORECASTING: Manage subscription forecasts and oversee costs for a portfolio of brands Ensure forecasting models are accurately maintained and updated, and manage quarterly reforecasts Set and constantly review stakeholder targets Interrogate the models to provide insight and recommendations for driving revenue and optimising spend Build knowledge of all costs related to subscription fulfilment and continuously look to drive costs down REPORTING: Assist in building and managing a suite of analytical reports to inform planning and help identify revenue and profit opportunities Create a reporting system to track key performance indicators such as life time value and churn Interpret the analysis and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders in order to further business knowledge and guide decision making Use forward planning tools to run scenarios and inform long-term strategic planning Distil analysis into digestible reports and presentations for communicating plans to the wider business PRICING: Optimise pricing in line with brand strategy Manage the plan to increase subscription pricing in line with cover price increases - drive down discounts to increase profit Run price scenarios to determine market pricing and offer test plans Work with the team on the Direct Debit step-up plan to deliver target profit uplift ACQUISITION PLAN: Develop and manage the subscription acquisition plan to support optimum LTV Plan and manage the acquisition channel and offer mix and ensure the buy in of all stakeholders Regularly review the plan and update with the latest trends and run rates Oversee acquisition cost tracking; update CPAs and work closely with the acquisitions team on cost management LIFETIME VALUE: Obsess over customer lifetime value to ensure the customer price journey is continuously optimised Identify customer segments for price and offer targeting Assist in the development of subscription packages to drive revenue growth Determine renewals pricing and optimise the renewals series to grow year 2+ revenue and drive down costs ABOUT YOU: Strong analytical skills Proficient Excel skills Experience working within a subscription marketing team Commercially minded Excellent attention to detail Strong presentation skills Good at building and maintaining internal and external relationships Strong team player Enjoys developing and working to clear strategic targets Thrives under pressure Professional and mature approach to business Collaborative
