Start-up vibe backed by billion-dollar investment Fast paced but collaborative environment Open approach with access to c-suite decision-makers THE ROLE Reporting directly into the Business Director, this role will see you influencing multiple areas of analytics to shape the progression of the business. Falling into three main areas you will be: Owning the development and execution of marketing analytics - with a multi-platform product offering you will be looking to optimise channel mix, optimise segmentations and implement new customer insight approaches Working directly with the Global VP to support the integration of insights at a global level Supporting business growth through the development of the overall analytics strategy and approach to onboarding new tools/platforms Work cross functionally with marketing, data science, and finance teams to help drive analytics and insight-based decisions YOUR SKILLS The successful Analytics Manager will have: Strong coding ability in SQL with the ability to manage millions of rows of data Exposure to/understanding of open source technology Previously developed and utilised one or more of the following models - CLTV, RFM segmentation, channel attribution, MMM, propensity, churn Supported a marketing/campaign teams with analytics and insight Fantastic communication skills The drive to join a fast paced business Data visualisation skills in Tableau, PowerBI or similar A degree or higher in a numerical discipline Experience in a start-up/scale-up or online business (beneficial) BENEFITS A successful candidate can earn up to £85,000 stock, bonus and benefits package HOW TO APPLY Please click the link on this page or email for more information
