This is to encompass all stages of the assignment process from briefing through to shortlist including: Research documentation (reports, delivery forms etc) Target list Candidate identification Candidate approach Database housekeeping Social media and networking Business development: The ability to contribute to business development by generating BD leads from candidates Candidate management & service excellence: The ability to develop long-term candidate relationships through delivering a consistently high level of service to support long-term repeat business This is to include a focus on professionalism in all candidate communications (verbal and written) and the build-up of candidates’ databases within specific segments Duties include: Conducting candidate searches via the web Proactive maintaining the Quartz database Response handling/ telephone screening Lead generation Candidate feedback Candidate quality checks Candidate communications Attend client meetings with consultant where appropriate Advanced: Delivering face to face interviews Creating candidate individual interview reports Creating all candidates on assignment reports Creating market report on candidates Off site meetings (Client meetings)
