THE FIRM A leading law firm which provides legal services to the health, social care and housing sectors. THE ROLE A non-contentious construction lawyer with 4PQE is required to join a busy team. The successful candidate will handle a wide range of high quality and complex work for both public sector and independent sector clients including those in the health and energy sectors. A commercially minded solicitor, you will be able to work very closely with clients, provide first class practical advice and be technically proficient in construction work. The role will involve responsibility for your own caseload as well as working closely with the Partners and Solicitors of both the Real Estate and Housing teams on business development opportunities. ABOUT YOU Your experience should include the JCT and NEC forms of contract. The firm is keen to recruit those who have the ability to actively develop client relationships and deliver clear, focused and practical advice.
