Overview
THE FIRM A leading provider of legal services to the health, social care and housing sectors. THE ROLE The Litigation team is seeking a solicitor with 0-4 years' PQE. The role will involve a range of mainly property litigation cases for clients in the health and housing sectors, with the potential to advise on some more general commercial disputes. Property litigation and public sector experience is desirable but not vital. Our client is looking for candidates who will deliver clear and authoritative advice and strong recommendations to clients, often under significant time pressure. The role offers the opportunity to develop leadership skills within a highly motivated and successful team, and will require candidates to demonstrate the ability to build client relationships and drive forward the development of the practice. THE CANDIDATE The Litigation team is seeking a Litigation Solicitor with 0-4 years' PQE. You will therefore need to be a confident solicitor who is dynamic, self-motivated and able to develop skills to work with senior officers of the firm's clients.
