Overview

Artis Marketing are supporting a growing B2C organisation based in Wiltshire as they look to recruit an Email Marketing Manager. This is a great opportunity for a marketer to take the lead on an important revenue channel for the organisation, as part of an increasingly digital strategy, and really make the role their own. Playing a key role in a close-knit marketing team, you'll drive the overall email strategy for the business, aiming to work upon what's in place and move towards a more sophisticated and segmented approach as their customer base grows This is a full 360 role, so you'll plan the email activity, build and test emails and send on their chosen ESP. An important part of this role will also be reporting on the results, analysing what worked and building upon this to drive success. The ideal candidate will have: A few years experience in an email marketing focus, ideally for an ecommerce organisation Good communication skills as you'll be collaborating with the marketing and other teams An eye for detail and design HTML coding isn't essential for this one, but exposure to customer segmentation and automation would be highly desirable There's a competitive salary on offer plus flexible working hours, staff discounts and a lovely working environment.
