Overview
Location - Office Head - UK (London) Salary - £80k - £110k OTE £150k Start - ASAP Experience - CBI programs (citizenship by investment) Director for London office Job purpose The objective of this role is to continue developing the UK market while executing my client’s global business strategy with strong focus on generating new business, relationship management of key intermediaries and representing the company brand while leading operations of the local office in London with a clear vision. Main responsibilities Generating Business - Implement a business development strategy to generate new leads through all available channels, i.e. through intermediary contacts, event hosting and participation, online marketing as well as client referrals - Dive conversion of leads into clients by acting as trusted advisor to clients and providing outstanding service - Develop and maintain an effective marketing and public relations strategy to promote the products, services and image of my client. - Support internal and external growth of the company Client & Intermediary Relationships - Establish and maintain effective formal and informal links with all clients - Reinforce my client’s market position as experts and trusted advisors in creating individualized residence and citizenship planning strategies for private clients - Establish relationships with key intermediaries such as private bankers, wealth and asset managers, family offices etc. Corporate Governance - Prepare a corporate- and annual business plan and monitor progress to ensure my client’s attains its objectives effectively and efficiently - Provide strategic advice and guidance to the EXCO on developments within the industry - Ensure appropriate policies are developed to meet the Company’s mission and objectives Leadership & Operations - Strong focus on managing and developing the team, providing guidance, motivation and ability to drive excellent performance - coach and train the local team members while advancing their careers - Oversee operations of my client’s UK Office leading negotiations with suppliers and other key contacts to secure the most effective contract terms and services for my client. Personal qualities An effective leader, strategic thinker with entrepreneurial mindset competent in the area of: Managerial Competencies - Empowering and building trust (externally and internally) - Strategic planning and vision - Communication and interpersonal skills - Collaboration skills Cross-functional competencies - Innovation and creativity - Negotiation and persuasion skills - Planning and organizing - Political and industry awareness Employment details Essential Minimum Qualification and Professional Experience - Minimum 5 years’ experience in the "BusinessImmigration" industry with professional designation and license confirming your credentials in the immigration industry - University undergrad or graduate studies, with a commitment to continuous professional development - At least ten years’ senior level experience of management of people and resources and an understanding of financial management and wider management principles and techniques A detailed understanding of the general market for residence and citizenship services Desirable Qualifications and Competencies - Previous experience in an ambassadorial role - Experience in private client services, consultancy and/or advisory would be preferable
