SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER Marketing Services / 3D POS / POINT OF SALE Salary £40-45K basic WEST LONDON / NORTH WEST LONDON BASED OVERVIEW To work for a key client which is a fast growing company with some really well-known sub-brands and great vision and values. Supporting the Account Director in leading a team to deliver, control the process, manage campaigns and add value to the client from the initial design brief to in-store launches. Level wise, the ideal candidate will be somebody who has led 2/3 Account Managers or Project Managers. Somebody who has stood in for the Team Manager/Account Director. Industry wise, you will ideally have 3D POS / POINT OF SALE industry experience or have worked in a similar process led environment such as packaging artwork or in integrated. It's more important somebody has the leadership experience combined with knowing how to manage the process. Personality wise, the ideal person will be calm, have tons of common sense and logic, be solution led and be able to ask the right questions to manage the process effectively. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES; Full responsibility across sub-brands and all client management that goes with that. Based on-site within the client's marketing team at the head office. Overseeing a team of Account Managers, Project Managers and Project Coordinators Being hands on and responsible for as well as leading a team who are responsible for the following; Ensuring all stakeholders are fully informed. Delivering necessary inputs as per communicated project milestones. Using a project management system. Manage the requirements and expectations of the client. Provide correct instructions and implementing processes to see projects through to completion. Provide project updates at all stages throughout the process. Developing effective relationships across key client contacts. Attending and managing design brief meetings. Providing regular project updates. Working with all internal teams to take from design brief to fulfilment and dispatch. As the senior person on the team, assisting the AD in growing and developing the client account and achieving the best results for the client.
