Regional Field Controller (Remote / Work from home) Covering - Birmingham & Manchester area Nobody knows consumers better than Kantar. To assist the Regional Manager/Specialist Field Manager in managing a designated region, responsible for maintaining the area field force of interviewers. To ensure that all work is booked, progressed and completed to target schedule and within budget. Specifically, this includes quality control, interviewer performance management and all associated pay/admin duties. KEY OUTCOMES Booking of Interviewers on current and future fieldwork allocations for the region, ensuring that all work is allocated using the clearly defined methods and systems in place. Understands the financial impact of allocation, whilst assessing and prioritising interviewer’s workload when necessary. Ensuring project schedules are adhered to by acquiring and then monitoring the interviewers’ days of working. Monitoring and reporting the progress/achievement of surveys daily or as the project dictates. Re-allocating whole or incomplete project assignments to ensure the survey is completed to spec, time and budget. Ensures interviewer resource is in place to support variable workloads. Liaison with the relevant parties with respect to recruitment needs supporting the general recruitment and selection process. To work with the Regional Manager to check interviewer budgets, including review of over budgets, with amendments communicated to interviewers verbally and in writing to ensure regionally the jobs come in to budget. Interviewer performance management, relaying of validation reports and other related quality control information as advised by the Regional Manager. In addition to work with the Regional Manager to monitor and review the productivity, output of the interviewers in their area. To assist with the accompaniments/appraisals of interviewers and supervisors as required. To assist, if required, with the recruitment and training of interviewers. Attend or conduct any projects or procedural briefings and training sessions which may be deemed necessary Ensures that the MRS Code of Conduct and Data Protection laws are observed in all data handling, and adhered to in line with IQCS and ISO 2025 requirements. Carries out any other tasks that are appropriate to the proper performance of his/her duties and deputising for the Regional Manager in their absence.
