Overview
Working alongside the Accounting and the Treasury team, in this fast pace, exceptionally high growth Fintech business; the FP&A Manager will be in charge of Reporting, Budgeting and Strategic Plan preparation as well as performance analysis. This high profile role will enable the company to have better financial information to make informed and financially relevant decisions to support its strategy and ambition. Aside from the Reporting responsibilities, the FP&A Manager will be a key stakeholder in the Finance department in its role of strategic Business Partner to the business and will report to the CFO. Responsibilities include; Reporting figures to the Group Finance Department as per the monthly, quarterly and annual schedule Provide analysis and commentary of the performance for Group reporting Provide monthly costs to Directors and variance vs Budget highlighting any gap and actions required Lead the preparation of Budget process and contribute to specific analysis Provide strong support for the preparation of the strategic plan for finance Regular Analysis of performance and profitability Provide adhoc analysis for the Group and for the CFO On going ad hoc projects such as; Recommend and contribute to the enhancement of the reporting tools Profile You will be a Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) Significant xperience in non accounting department such as performance/pricing analysis and reporting Strong stakeholder management experience with excellent communication skills Attention to detail, approachable character with willingness to add value from the bottom up. You must have a pragmatic approach to getting involved in the day to day detail in order to influence the commercial bigger picture.
